Heaters

Fluid heaters are usually used to bring reagents to reaction temperatures.

The heater shown here is designed to heat 1000 microliters of contained fluid. Heater and sensor wire leads interface your electronic power and control circuits to the unit. The 1000 microliters of fluid is contained in an FEP fluoropolymer coil which is embedded in a thermally conductive material. Fluid contacts only the FEP tubing that is chemically inert. Standard 1/4-28 female threaded ports are provided for inlet and outlet. Diba’s fluoropolymer flared tubing assemblies easily connect to these ports.

Diba also produces heaters in wide variety of configurations. Fluid carrying coils are usually fluoropolymer tubing or stainless steel. A variety of connections can be specified for the inlet and outlet ports.
